Under the new administration of the municipal government unit of San Francisco, the Executive Legislative Agenda (ELA) formulation for the CY 2023-2025 was spearheaded by the Local Chief Executive Hon. Grace Carmel D. Paredes-Bravo with full participation of the members of the legislative body headed by Hon. Arth Ryan P. Palabrica together with the department heads, technical staff, representatives from the national line agencies, and civil society organizations.
The ELA is inspired by the theme “Creating Synergy for inclusive growth, quality governance, and social justice” guided with the twelve-point development agenda developed during the Pre-ELA workshop conducted on August 1-4 and finalized during the workshop conducted on August 10-13, 2022 held at the Oazis Hotel, Butuan City.
The workshops were facilitated by SIKAP with technical inputs from the DILG Agusan del Sur, Ms. Elva Theresa Velmonte, LGOO VII/Outcome Manager, and Mr. Robert E. Sion, MLGOO VI. Inputs on Performance Accountability System (PAS) as monitoring and evaluation tool was shared by Mr. Earl Enrico Alcala from the World Health Organization (WHO).
