SIKAP is governed by a five-man Board of Trustees and managed by an Executive Director. The Board of Trustees is the policy and decision-making body of the organization. The operation on the other hand is headed by the Executive Director who leads SIKAP’s implementation of programs and projects. Providing support to the Executive Director are the Program Coordinator, Social Welfare Officer, Finance Officer and the Administrative Assistant along with the Community Development Facilitators and Technical Staff.
