Local development is the heart and soul of local government units. The Local Government Code of 1991 mandates each LGU to have a comprehensive multi-sectoral development plan and to set a vision, sectoral goals, objectives, development strategies and policies.
In light of this, the Local Government of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur conducted an "Updating of the Comprehensive Development Plan for CY 2023-2028 on November 28 - 30, 2022 at The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites, Davao City.
