“Mayor, we support your dream for the children of San Francisco!” This is the pledge of the participants to Municipal Mayor Grace Carmel Paredes-Bravo during the Review and Finalization of the Local Development Plan (LDP).
Mayor Paredes-Bravo, together with the heads of offices and DepEd personnel from the Municipality of San Francisco, spent three days of workshop to finalize the LDP for Children for 2022-2024 as a basis for the three-year programs, projects and activities for children.
Facilitated by SIKAP, the team identified the issues on children related to the 5 Rights of the Child and came up with the vision for the children of San Francisco.
The Little Mayor Hon. Christ David A. Aguillon and Little Governor Hon. Drix Nicolax P. Concepcion joined the workshop and made their voices heard during the process.
This 3-year Plan will give solutions to the challenges encountered for years by the municipality and if properly implemented will determine the future of the children of San Francisco.
